I would let loose every bit of anger, every tear, and all my uncertainties in one long scream. Then I would stop, think about something else for a time, and reevaluate the situation. Its like a paper you think you have all the grammar errors out of - but come back to after two days and find three more. A fresh mind and clear head can completely change your environment, and can make the not so obvious plain as day. ... just my 2 cents. scream.
