Updates… wow

Okay so – I haven’t written in this thing for a while. I don’t exactly remember why… I usually stop typing on this site if I am down or something like that. Everything has been pretty low lately anyways until yesterday.

My parents and sister came down to give me a visit during Thanksgiving. We had lunch and then went grocery shopping in the Buford Farmer’s Market. Even though it was pouring, there were so many people there. Anyways, I haven’t seen them in a while so I was glad to see my ‘rents and sis. They left at around 5pm or something and I fell into boredom again so I watched like 5 different movies before deciding to go to bed for the night. At least, I had plenty of sleep ;)

My old cell phone didn’t work that well – I think it had something to do with the weakness of the two batteries that I had. It seemed to have trouble connecting to the network although there is a big Sprint tower thing right across the interstate. So my dad brought me another phone that actually works now… I called up sprint today to get my number on the phone changed. As always, when getting numbers for a cell phone, you want a good number right? :) Well, I was courteous to the lady on the phone and I guess she appreciated that because the phone number I got for my cell is unbelievable. I called up my dad afterwards and he wouldn’t believe me for like 5 minutes even though I was calling using the cell phone and he had caller ID. I called up Sprint again cause dad wanted me to make sure of a possible billing issue and when I told another Sprint CSR my number, she kind of chuckled. hehe, you know you got a great cell number if the cell provider’s reps on the phone think it’s a good number

Ok so no more braggin about my new number… today is the Georgia Tech vs. Georgia game. It’s going to be mighty cold for the Goldfellas but that’s what we are known for and we’ll not let the stadium down. The Goldfellas will be representing Georgia Tech South Side of the Grant Field/Bobby Dodd Stadium, in Section 134. Although, it will be a tough game for us since Georgia is heavily predicted to win, it’ll be a good game… we’ve beaten almost every other team that was supposed to beat us except FSU. (*ahem* although we lost to all the teams we were favored for)

Our Basketball team is drawing a lot of attention as well… 5-0 and the Champions of the NIT Preseason Tournament up in New York. GT defeated the #1 ranked UConn without a fuss. 5-0 winning streak is not a fluke… so don’t even argue with that :)

Sleep so I can get up early for Goldfellas stuff ;) g’night and hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving break.
