I forgot to post the several hundred pictures taken during my two week trip out to California, Las Vegas, and Portland this past summer.
I’ll get around to that at the end of this week once all the school work is over.
Until then… wish me and my fellow ECE peers a lot of luck!

So I was getting ready to take off from work for the weekend when my seocnd sister calls me up and says “I’M ENGAGED!”. I was surprised… not that I didn’t see this coming for a year or two but just wasn’t something I’ve thought about. At first I didn’t know what to say so I just said “That’s stupid.” I think she was offended a little although she should know by now that’s what I say for everything almost when I don’t know what to say.
I got back to the apartment and thought about it some more and felt like I was losing a sister for some reason… like I was never going to see Angela again. Made me a bit sad. Well, I guess can just look at it as welcoming a new older brother to the family.
Anyway, congratulations on your engagement, Angela and Simon!
Beside that significant bit of news… nothing new for me except bunch of school work and also some work. Work has been going fine lately… Saturday was pretty busy – the company seems to be growing at an extreme rate… whew. Sunday was pretty relaxing though although I still had a lot of work to do…
School, on the other hand, is going to suck this coming week. I think this is Hell Week #3? This one class I have (it’s a 2 hour lab class, mind you) is having homework due (takes about 2-3 hours to do), a lab writing assignment (probably will take about 6-8 hours to do + couple of hours in lab), a 3 hour lab on wednesday, and also a final exam on Friday. I repeat… this is a TWO HOUR lab course. I also have another test on Thursday… so this week is going to be back to back to back to back of school work.

Wow… in light of Georgia Tech losing in the last 5 minutes to Virginia Tech…
All I gotta say is: Congratulations to UNC!
Didn’t get to watch it cause I was at work but I heard/read all the sports news buzz about Miami’s first defeat of the season. Holy cow, I can’t even say it was a fluke game since the game stats show Carolina as the winner as well.
Dang, now I don’t feel as bad as getting beat by VT in the last 5 minutes. How’d I feel if we got beat in the last few seconds?!
Again, Congratulations to the UNC football team…
Since the college football season is dying down for the unranked teams… I’ll be looking forward to NCAA basketball!
